This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information on this site, linked government pages, or linked third-party search tools may not be used for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance, licensing, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
Accuracy of Information
Jail rosters, NDOC offender-search data, BOP records, ICE ODLS, Nevada S.A.V.E., VINELink, and court portals are separate systems with different update schedules. A person may move from a county jail to NDOC, from local custody to federal custody, or from detention to release before a public site updates. NDOC also describes its offender-search data as raw data and not an official law-enforcement record. No guarantee is made that every roster entry, link, address, phone number, fee, release date, or facility rule is current. Confirm time-sensitive matters with the agency or court before visiting a facility, sending money, relying on a release time, or taking legal action.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. The site does not interpret Nevada criminal law, NRS Chapter 239, sentence credits, parole eligibility, court orders, warrants, sealing rules, immigration custody, or federal detention status. A licensed attorney or the proper court is the appropriate source for legal advice.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages may contain search boxes or links operated by third-party providers. Those providers control their own data sources, pricing, account terms, search logic, privacy practices, and results. Nevada Inmate Population does not control or certify what those tools return.
Outbound Links
Links may lead to county jail rosters, sheriff sites, city detention pages, NDOC resources, court portals, BOP, ICE, Nevada S.A.V.E., VINELink, future county subdomain pages, and other resources. Those destinations are outside this site's control. Their accuracy, uptime, policies, and records remain the responsibility of the source site or agency.
No Records on This Site
This site does not host official jail rosters, inmate files, booking photos, warrant records, criminal-history records, court dockets, parole files, or NDOC records. It points visitors toward the offices and locator systems that may hold those records. To confirm custody or obtain a record, contact the sheriff or city department, NDOC, BOP, ICE, the court clerk, or the issuing agency that controls the record. Absence from one lookup is not proof that a person is not in custody.
