These Terms of Use govern access to Nevada Inmate Population. Anyone who uses the site agrees to these terms; anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

Nevada Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with NDOC, a Nevada sheriff's office, a jail, a court, or any government agency. The site and its advertising or search partners do not provide consumer reports, background checks, private-investigation services, or FCRA-covered screening for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or similar decisions.

What This Website Is

This site is a private informational guide. It does not store official jail rosters, booking photos, prison records, court files, warrants, or agency records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release a person, accept filings, or change a government record.

The site points visitors toward Nevada inmate and public-record resources, including county jail systems, NDOC offender search, BOP, ICE ODLS, Nevada S.A.V.E., VINELink, court portals, and related third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the site in violation of any law.
  • Do not use information from the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

  • The site will remain available without interruption.
  • The site is free from bugs, security flaws, or technical problems.
  • Partner search tools will return complete or useful results.

Custody status, court dates, release eligibility, agency policies, public-record responses under NRS Chapter 239, and roster displays can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from a sheriff, NDOC, a court, BOP, ICE, or another agency.
